    If and when commercial utility is activated, it would follow regulated rules and a licensed partner framework before any use or release. Nothing here is active during beta. SovraX is not cash, not a bank balance and not convertible today. No rate, no timeline and no guarantee is given, and eligibility is not a redemption right. GBCX remains a reserved future value layer and is not active during beta.

    What would be looked at

    If, and only if, commercial utility is legally and commercially activated, these are the two conditions that would be considered. Both are conditions for being considered — neither one gives anyone a claim.

    • Participation recorded during beta

      SovraX built from qualifying activity that was recorded with a proof receipt at the time it happened. Activity without a proof receipt is not counted.

    • Identity confirmed through a licensed partner

      A future identity check carried out by a licensed provider. This step does not exist yet and cannot be started today.

    What this page does not do

    • Nothing on this page can be claimed, released, exchanged, transferred or paid out.
    • No rate, no value, no price and no timeline is set or implied.
    • Meeting the conditions later would not create an entitlement or a right to receive anything.
    • These rules are informational and may change. They are not an offer, a contract or a financial promotion.

    Order of events, if it ever happens

    1. 1Written rules are finalised and reviewed by qualified legal counsel.
    2. 2Licensed partners for identity and for handling money are appointed under contract.
    3. 3Any activation is announced publicly, in advance, with its own terms.
    4. 4Only after all of the above could anything be considered for release, under those rules.

    Steps 1 to 4 have not been completed. There is no date for them.
