These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GlobaX Social Fusion platform. Please read them carefully.
Public beta. No cash-out. No guaranteed payout. Future partner-supported value pathways may be introduced after beta where legally approved.
By accessing or using GlobaX Social Fusion ("the Platform"), operated by GLOBAX SOCIALFUSION LTD (Company No. 17141387, registered in England and Wales), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. GlobaX Social Fusion is currently in public beta. Some features are still being built, gated, or reserved for future phases and may change or be withdrawn during the beta.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. Users aged 13–17 are subject to additional restrictions under Teen Mode and must have guardian consent where required by applicable law. Users must provide accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow unauthorised access. GlobaX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit fraudulent behaviour.
GlobaX Social Fusion provides social networking, content sharing, digital wallet, verified activity records, lifestyle marketplace, and governance participation features. The platform is currently a prototype and demo environment. All services are provided "as is" during the beta period. Features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice. No real financial services, payments, or withdrawals are active unless explicitly stated.
Engagement on the Platform may generate verifiable receipts. During the prototype stage, all receipts, earnings, balances, and wallet values are simulated for demonstration purposes. They do not represent real money, guaranteed income, or withdrawable funds. GlobaX does not guarantee any specific monetary outcome from Platform activity. Cash-out functionality is corridor-gated and not active during the demo phase.
GlobaShares represent governance participation tokens within the Platform ecosystem. They do not constitute securities, equity, or financial instruments. Governance rights and mechanisms are subject to the Platform's evolving framework.
You agree not to: use the Platform for illegal purposes; harass, abuse, or harm other users; attempt to manipulate earnings, receipts, or verification systems; circumvent safety features including Teen Mode or Guardian controls; create multiple accounts to exploit Platform mechanics; or upload harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content on the Platform, you grant GlobaX a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform. GlobaX's branding, architecture, and systems are protected intellectual property.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. GlobaX is committed to privacy-first principles with EU-first data handling. We collect only the data necessary to operate the Platform and verify actions. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
GlobaX employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Receipts flagged as suspicious may be placed on hold for review. Users found engaging in fraudulent activity will have their accounts suspended and earnings forfeited.
Users under 18 are subject to enhanced safety measures including content filters, messaging restrictions, earnings caps, and guardian oversight. These protections cannot be disabled by the minor and are enforced at the platform level.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobaX Social Fusion and its founders, team, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided during beta without warranty of any kind.
GlobaX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. GLOBAX SOCIALFUSION LTD is incorporated in England and Wales with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Platform's dispute resolution process before seeking external remedies.

Prototype Status
GlobaX Social Fusion, operated by GLOBAX SOCIALFUSION LTD, is currently a prototype and demo environment. Real financial services are not active at this stage. No real withdrawals or payouts are processed at this stage. These terms apply to the current demo and beta environment.
